Shipping and Return Policy

SHIPPING:

All orders are shipped through UPS Ground. Orders placed by 2pm (CST) will be shipped out the same day. All orders placed after cutoff time please allow 24 hours before order is shipped.

SHIPPING CHARGES:

We Charge Actual UPS Shipping Rates. Once your order is boxed for shipping we will weigh the packages, and add the UPS shipping rate to your orders total. The total amount your credit card will be billed will be your orders total + the UPS shipping rate.

RETURNS:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Returns must be claimed within 5 business days of invoice date. Only manufacturer-defective merchandise can be returned. All returnable items MUST be in the original packaging. A Return Authorization # will be issued for all items *(PACKAGES WITHOUT THE RA # WILL BE REFUSED).
